to take a picture of your screen, hit the button on your keyboard that
says "print screen." it should be at the top right.
open up photoshop, click on FILE and go to "New".....you will see an option that says "image from clipboard."
click on that and your screen image will appear in the photoshop
window. Then you can crop it, or change it however you wish, save
it to file when you are finished.
