The "light" effect is done solely with html ... NO javascript.  Accomplish this by switching images using a hover command.  Same with FIT2C title that "lights up."  Done with html only.      The result is a very sleek, and clean-loading design.  All graphics are engineered to require as little load-time as possible.  The buttons were crafted with a pixel mover, and made to look "homey" with less geometric, and more craft to the design.  Although current trends have web design using div fields rather than tables, I like to mix the two.  So this web template has both.        Completely written and designed by me, eebrinker.  All graphics original and designed by me.  Photograph of Salt Lake City was one taken when I first arrived, from an area that is called "the Avenues."  Did touch up the color on that picture just a bit.      Don't expect the links to work, as am still in the process of overhauling and redesigning the FIT2C site.  Eventually want to be able to sell designs like this, but we'll see how that goes. ~E.   for best browsing in accordance with today's standards........ try downloading and installing mozilla firefox. * * * * * * * *
